Visia Digital Complexion Analysis is the first diagnostic tool for the skin that allows skin specialists to see irregularities and pigment conditions in the surface and sub-surface of the skin.
Through a multi-spectral analysis of the health of your complexion, this exciting technology helps our skin care specialists know how to best target problem areas in the skin. Through this knowledge, we can make treatment recommendations tailored to your needs.
Microdermabrasion
Reveal smoother younger skin with the wave of the wand
Microdermabrasion is a two part process which removes the top, dead layer of skin, boosts production of new cells, helps balance skin tone and texture, treats skin blotchiness, dry skin, and boosts collagen production. Indigo uses medical grade DiamondTome™ wands. These wands contain natural diamond chips to exfoliate without the sandy feeling of traditional wands. Skin will feel smooth and renewed after a micro dermabrasion treatment. All microdermabrasion treatments are performed by trained licensed professionals in a relaxing environment. Following treatment, SPF is applied to protect the skin.

Ultrasonic Facial
Nurture your skin's vitality
Clients have the option of receiving an Ultrasound Skin Treatment and an Electrical Therapy Facial after the completion of each microdermabrasion or AFT™ treatment. An anti aging skin treatment complex containing agents such as copper and zinc, which help in the production of new cells, penetrates below the epidermis layer during this treatment. These facial spa treatments help new, healthy cells to grow, and increases the production of collagen. The Ultrasound Facial will increase the elasticity and cell production of your skin.

Visual Changes
Visual Changes carries products and peels designed to handle a multitude of skin ailments, such as acne scarring, aging, sun spots or discoloration. This line focuses on results, making it a unique brand. Talk with your Indigo consultant to decided which spa and at home treatments are best for you.
Indigo MedSpa offers clients three different peels to choose from depending on the skin conditions the client has or wishes to prevent. Each uses a different exfoliating and peeling agent to peel away years from skin.
Skin Renewal 1
- For immediate smooth and refreshed skin, this light exfoliant can be performed on all skin types and requires no recovery time.
Skin Renewal 2
- For dramatic improvement in skin, this medium exfoliant is performed; showing results immediately, but revealing best results after 3 days. This peel may cause some of the outer layer of the skin to peel. The skin needs to be prepped several weeks prior to the procedure. Talk to your skin care specialist to see if this option is right for you.
Skin Renewal 3
- For healthy, completely rejuvenated skin, a deep peel which renews the epidermis of the skin is recommended. Results can be seen in about 7 days after the procedure. Obagi Blue Peel
This is a medium depth medical peel which helps treat sun damage, acne scarring, wrinkles, and dull skin. The peel is performed by our own physician. Healthy, younger looking skin will appear anywhere from 7-10 days later. Before this procedure can be performed, the skin must be prepped six weeks prior to treatment.
Melanage™ Depigmenting Peel
Dark spots and pigmentation, especially on the face, is an aesthetic concern to those suffering from these conditions. Repeated sun exposure, and in some cases, exposure to heat as part of a working environment, result in mottling and brown spots on the skin called dyschromia. The Melanage Depigmenting Peel is a Hydroquinone/Retinoid peel used as a melasma or hyperpigmentation treatment on the skin. It is a superficial peel that requires no preparation, and is safe for use on all skin types. Besides improved appearance of pigmentation, clients can also expect stimulation of collagen production and collagen repair, improvement of skin tone and texture, and diminishment of fine lines.

Eminence Eye Treatment
This four step eye rejuvenating treatment begins with gentle exfoliation using Naseberry Eye Exfoliant to prepare the skin for the next 3 steps. Then clients receive an application of age-defying and rejuvenating Raspberry Eye Masque to prevent free radical damage and reinforce collagen fibers for firmer skin. This is followed by regenerating and soothing Cucumber Eye Gel to reduce puffiness and irritation, and lastly, an anti-wrinkle nourishing cream called Wild Plum Eye Cream is apllied, which targets dark eye circles and brightens the eye area.
Intense Pulsed Light to Treat Rosacea, Age Spots, Sun Spots and Freckles

Whether your concerns are sun spots, age spots, freckles, broken capillaries or rosacea, Indigo's Intense Pulse Light treatment (sometimes called a fotofacial treatment) is the solution you're looking for. Indigo uses the latest technology in Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), Advanced Fluorescence Technology (AFT™). AFT™ treats damaged skin areas caused by the effects of the sun and by other skin issues by removing color pigments and reversing the appearance of spots. These darkened skin areas are treated without affecting the healthy surrounding skin. The fluorescence skin treatment also allows Indigo professionals to adjust the amount and intensity of the light, giving you the maximum results.

Anti-Aging DNA Repair Treatment
A DNA Repair Treatment is a cleansing, exfoliating anti-aging treatment to help repair sun damaged skin. It includes a light microdermabrasion treatment, an application of Eminence masque and Remergent FT™ DNA Repair, and it ends with an application of SPF sun protection. For maximum results, this treatment should be performed every four weeks for four treatments, then every two months for maintenence or results.

Everyone has experienced acne at some point of their lives; some during their teenage years and some during adulthood. Each acne case is different from the next, but all can physically and psychologically affect the person with acne. Indigo can help you control your acne problems.
The first step towards clearer skin
All clients with complaints of acneic skin will receive a face to face consultation with our skin care specialist or physician. During this consultation, a history of your acne problems will be taken, and recommended acne treatment will be provided.
Several treatment options are available depending on the nature of the acne, previous treatment, and what protocol will best suit the individual client's needs. Options include:
Treatments with Visual Changes skin clearing treatments, or microdermabrasion are used as a preventative treatment.
Acne products are used with a home care regimen. Many of our specialty acne skin care products contain a line to address acne concerns. Our skin care specialist will help determine the best solution for your needs, whether it be Obagi®, Visual Changes®, Éminence ™ Organics, or a combination of treatments and products.
Medications, such as Accutane® prescribed by our physician.
*Acne Extractions are also an option. An extraction is usually performed on an inflamed pore or blackhead that just won't go away. We can also perform extractions on whiteheads, and stubborn, painful under-the-skin pimples that just won't surface.

Levulan® Kerastick®
Correct years of overexposure to the sun
Actinic Kerasotes (AK) is caused by overexposure to the sun, resulting in embarrassing rough patches. The FDA has approved the use of Levulan Kerastick technology to help clear this skin condition. The treatment takes place in three parts. The first is use of microdermabrasion to loosen the patches, then the application of a 20% aminolevulinic acid HCl topical solution. The solution works to make the AKs susceptible to blue light. The solution will be applied by an Indigo professional, and you will then have to sit in a darkened room for an hour or two before the final part of the treatment. Blue light treatment with our specialized hand piece will then remove the AKs, leaving you more confident with clearer skin. Levulan Kerastick treatments could cause some discomfort, but will dissipate within 24 hours.
Spider Vein Treatment
Remove the Evidence of Age
Spider veins can appear on the legs and face and are the result of the skin thinning, allowing the blood vessels to show through. Through vein treatments offered at Indigo MedSpa, embarrassing spider veins can be eliminated. Indigo MedSpa has specialized lasers for superficial vein treatment which coagulate blood vessels, allowing the body to reabsorb the blood. Coagulation is a harmless procedure and can dramatically reduce or eliminate spider veins.
