The First Step Towards Clearer Skin

All clients with complaints of acneic skin will receive a face to face consultation with our skin care specialist or physician. During this consultation, a history of your acne problems will be taken, and recommended acne treatment will be provided.

Several treatment options are available depending on the nature of the acne, previous treatment, and what protocol will best suit the individual client's needs.

Options include:

• Treatments with PCA skin® clearing treatments, or ultrasound can be used on active acne, and microdermabrasion can be used as a preventative treatment.

• Acne products are used with a home care regimen. Many of our specialty acne skin care products contain a line to address acne concerns. Our skin care specialist will help determine the best solution for your needs, whether it be Obagi®, PCA skin®, Éminence™ Organics, or a combination of treatments and products.

• Medications, such as Accutane® prescribed by our physician.

• Acne Extractions are also an option. An extraction is usually performed on an inflamed pore or blackhead that just won't go away. We can also perform extractions on whiteheads, and stubborn, painful under-the-skin pimples that just won't surface.
