The New Promise Program - Indigo Stands Behind its Promises

Indigo MedSpa is committed to ensuring our clients the best results possible. Our five treatment program is intended to provide you with significant permanent hair reduction to the point where temporary methods of hair removal are seldom, if ever necessary once the program is completed.

However, there are various reasons why one client may experience good results in five treatments and another requires some number of touch-up treatments, beyond the initial program, to achieve the results they desire. Age-related conditions that impact hormonal changes in the body are the primary reason for these variations, yet, other factors such as skin tone and hair color/texture can also be contributors.

We want our clients to feel, from the very start of the program, that they will achieve the best possible results without concern for any conditions that could possibly interfere and cause additional treatments to be necessary. Therefore, we offer The New Promise Program for all Indigo MedSpa clients who purchase a treatment package, comply with tanning/sun exposure requirements, and remain on schedule with their treatments throughout the process.

Here's How it Works:

For any client who feels they have not achieved desired results, and have adhered to their personalized treatment schedule and other conditions consistently throughout the process, Indigo MedSpa will provide ongoing touch-up treatments for as long as necessary:

• Within the first 6 months following the client's last scheduled package treatment, Indigo MedSpa will provide up to two touch-up treatments free of charge for the specific body area purchased. These two treatments will only be provided if the client has adhered to the treatment schedule, and has complied with the tanning/sun exposure requirements (no deliberate tanning or sun exposure to the area being treated).

• If either 6 months have passed since the last scheduled treatment or two free touch-up treatments have already been provided, and any additional touch-up treatments are desired, these will be provided at a cost of 75% of the original individual treatment price at the time the treatment package was purchased in order to cover the technology-related expenses associated with treatment. The opportunity to receive these additional touch-up treatments continues indefinitely as long as the client continues to adhere to their treatment program.
  

Conditions of The New Promise Program

• The New Promise Program in non-transferrable.
• This program is intended only for Indigo MedSpa clients who choose to purchase a treatment package.
• Treatments should be scheduled 6 weeks apart. Clients must comply with the 5 treatment package schedule in order to qualify for free or reduced rate touch-up treatments.
• If a client needs to be shaved or uses any optional form of topical anesthetic for treatment, client will be responsible for the cost of these products/services.
• You certify that you have read and completely understand the terms of The New Promise Program and that all of your questions and concerns have been addressed to your satisfaction.
  
  

How Can I Participate in The New Promise Program?
