MedSpa Etiquette

Thank you for choosing Indigo MedSpa for your health and beauty services. In order for Indigo MedSpa to be a peaceful, relaxing place for all of our clients, we ask that you adhere to some guidelines to ensure that everyone has a pleasant experience while at Indigo. We hope that you find Indigo to be a place where you can relax and feel at ease.

Please be aware that arriving late may result in having to reschedule your appointment. If you do arrive late, your treatment will finish at the scheduled time so as not to delay subsequent clients'. Please respect the other clients' right to privacy and quiet by keeping cell phones and pagers on vibrate.

Appointments and Cancellation

We request that first time appointments be held with a credit card, gift card or pre-paid credit. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Any no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 charge.

What to Wear

Our goal is for you to be as comfortable as possible. Gowns will be provided for those treatments which require you to disrobe. Please don't hesitate to inform your practitioner if the room temperature is not satisfactory.

Pregnancy

Please inform us if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, as some treatments cannot be performed during pregnancy. We will be happy to suggest treatments that are allowed during pregnancy.

Children

For safety, children will not be allowed in treatment rooms. Children under 12 will not be allowed in the waiting area unless accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for services is fourteen. We've partnered with CHILDTIME LEARNING CENTER to offer your child quality care with trained, experienced teachers so that you can rest easy and fully enjoy your medspa experience.

Gratuities

Gratuities may be given to estheticians, at your discretion.
